The work of the Moscow Theological Seminary of the Russian Methodist Church is supported by the Trinity Methodist Charitable Foundation a 501 (c)(3).

The purpose of the Trinity Methodist Charitable Foundation shall be:

1.2.1  To support the Moscow Methodist Theological Seminary;
1.2.2 To raise funds for such support solely from within the United States of America; and
1.2.3 To conduct any and all lawful business for which a nonprofit corporation may be organized under the Texas Business Organizations Code, as set forth in the Certificate of Formation. The Board of Directors may change the stated purpose by filing a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State.
1.2.4 The Trinity Methodist Charitable Foundation shall restrict its fundraising efforts for financial support for the Moscow Methodist Theological Seminary to persons and entities residing or registered in the United States of America.
